It´s a 1956 Chevrolet Handyman

This is a basic model, the Nomad is more luxurious

You are right, it is a basic Chevrolet One-Fifty Handyman 2-door Station Wagon.

The Nomad had a slighly different roof styling.

Take another look at the photos--there are TWO different Chevy wagons in the photos!
The Chevy in the photo with Mount Rushmore in the background is a US Forest Service sedan delivery, which was built with side windows instead of the solid panels! Sedan deliverys had one-piece liftgates, whereas the station wagons had two-piece gates, an The other shots was apparently done in a studio, and a two-door Handyman was probably repainted to match the USFS sedan delivery. Cary Grant is obviously sitting on the tailgate of a Handyman wagon in the main photo.
The U.S. Government's General Services Administration, which ordered vehicles for non-military fleets back then, specified that the sedan deliverys be equipped with the full window treatment, according to one expert I know.

I also noticed what Jason wrote, but I didn't know the interesting story of the USFS side-windowed Sedan Deliveries.
Thank You Jason

Very observant! Most likley they couldn't find a forest service spec wagon for the studio shots, and guessed that nobody would notice. Until now.
