It's a grey one and one of the 4 prototypes. He paid £1800 for it in 1971 from the showrooms of HR Owen (Ferrari, Bentley, etc.) who described it as "a rubbishy little Jap sports number". Twiggy was hired as their show model, and Toyota gave her the car afterwards. After it was shipped here, she took delivery February 1968 in a publicised handover of UBY 2F in the London showroom of the newly established Toyota (GB) Ltd. However 18-year-old Twiggy did not yet have a licence. UBY 2f was then painted red and went to the US, where it was bought by Toyota USA in 1981.
