Well, I watched the scene, which ran several minutes. She was upshifting it into another gear, as seen in some footage shot from the backseat. Oh okay, I'll admit it is hardly for me to see in this clip. Maybe 1979 to 1982? It does not have headrests unfortunately, but it does have the W126-style updated steering wheel without driver's airbag.
