With the lead from this page http://en.avia-club.com/model/avia-a31-5#vehicle-description and this page https://www.trucksplanet.com/catalog/model.php?id=1684 I believe this is a 1993-98 Avia A 21 Turbo or a A 31 Turbo. The Turbo models apparently had this plastic grille. |

Plastic grille AND rounded lights. Regular version, non turbo, had rectangular ligths. |
