It's not mentioned anywhere in that link^, which says suggests the 165 started in UK in 1964, spreading to other factories in Argentina, France, Spain (Ebro), and USA. Also nzcarnerd wrote ...By the way model origin is not Canada it is UK, even if Massey is Canada-based. from here.
