 The rear doors are so small they've clearly been added after the rest of the car was drawn.

This could be an earlier Mazda 323, but that thing at the back of the roof puzzles me. Spoiler wing ? Or just the way the hatch is shaped ?

That's a spoiler wing. I'd say 1983-85 Mazda Familia [BD].
