moff ◊ 2018-07-08 12:14	I got the 1959 year from the other example posted (/vehicle_182969-Porsche-356-GTL-Carrera-Abarth-1959.html) but according to this and other articles (https://www.supercars.net/blog/1960-porsche-abarth-356b-carrera-gtl/) the car was introduced in 1960. This particular example was entered by the factory to the 1961 edition of Le Mans, driven by Herbert Linge/Ben Pon, chassis #1013. http://www.racingsportscars.com/photo/Le_Mans-1961-06-11.html

Chassis [1013] was a 1961 build, and is the same example as the other page. Finished 10th at 1961 Le Mans.
