As the right front door seems to have its handle on the rear it'll be a taxi version (normally these Renaults had front suiced doors, but on taxis the door opened the other way (and had a triangular lower part to be folded) so the the door could left open 180° to get a big (open) luggage compartment to the right of the drivers seat.

1935 Renault Vivaquatre [Type KZ23].
