Full Indonesian origin, first gen IMV Project cars including this, were NOT destined for the JDM market. Each model from the IMV Project back then were developed in different countries outside of Japan (Avanzas and Innovas in Indonesia; Hilux and Fortuner in select emerging countries but probably Thailand).
