See: http://www.seastarsuperbikes.co.uk/Kawasaki%20images/Large/05ER500C_BLU_RF.jpg Its a bit dark but you should see the match with the silver radiator surround, the 3-spoke front wheel with disc brake on the nearside. It looks similar to the Suzuki GS500 but the indicator lights are lower on the GS compared to in line with the centre of the light on the Kwak.

Definitely a 2005 Kawasaki ER5.
