You can see the Bentley in many scenes, usually driven at high speed. |

In the original comic, the car is raced by Werner and Andi, who are driving a plane engine-powered machine that runs on methyl, the "Methylisator". However, they crash into a hole next to the Elbtunnel, leaving Nobel-Schröder (the guy in the car) victorious...or so he thinks, as shortly after, the Bentley's compressor overheats, the entire car breaks together and then explodes sending the compressor (credited as "Blowie" on the first page) flying through the tunnel. The plane engine then starts up, wrecks havoc across two lanes and lands a few feet ahead of the Bentley, causing Werner and Andi to win after all (though the compressor tries to cheat ) -- Last edit: 2016-08-01 14:39:19 |

How does a four cylinder engine have an exhaust system with three headers? What a piece of rubbish. Link to "en.m.wikipedia.org" -- Last edit: 2016-08-01 14:36:30 |

You had better be referring to the drawing, not the movie... |

Is it not obvious to you by now that I only ever refer to the evidence I see in front of me? I have no interest in "movies" and very rarely watch them. |

@jfs: I've just had a look at the original comic, and the car has three headers there, too. And shouldn't this be a Blower? |

I repeat, how can a four cylinder engine have three exhaust headers? http://collectorscarworld.com/news/bentley-4-5-litre-blower-le-mans-tourer/ -- Last edit: 2017-02-27 14:09:28 |

Ah, I see. Some pics from the original album: -- Last edit: 2017-02-27 14:14:59 |

I have added some pictures of real Bentleys so that you can see the near side of the engine. The only way three headers can work is on a six cylinder engine, if they are siamezed. |

https://revsinstitute.org/the-collection/1931-bentley-4-12-supercharged/ If you look through the images provided by this link you will find pictures of both sides of the engine. The exhaust side of the engine clearly shows four cylinders. |
