Every superliner i've seen has one of the battery boxes and air tanks between the hood fender and fuel tank which are absent on this truck, and that certainly dosen't look like a mack cab, It has a flat back to it like the International cabs did and I'm assuming that little grey splotch on the lower right side of the cab is the door handle which would be the correct placement for a International door.
