No, it is either a 1959 or 1960 LINCOLN. It is definitely not a 1958 model as that had a one-year-only design with headlights separated in nacelles from the grille. This is either a '59 or '60. Lincoln and Continental were two separate divisions / makes at Ford through the 1959 model year. It is difficult to tell from this photo, but my GUESS is that it is a Lincoln coupe. The roofline does not look like it has the "Breezeway" forward canted C-pillar that a Continental Mark IV or V would have. Perhaps a Premier or Capri...or even just "Lincoln" as the 1960 base model had no name.

Sixtiesswing, You are the first person to state this technically correct. Most regard the 1958/59 Continentals as Lincolns, probably because they so closely resembled the '58 Lincolns unlike the '56/'57 models.
But the fact is, Ford kept a separate Continental Division right on through the 1959 model year. The cars did not bear the Lincoln name and advertising in '58 and '59 still presented the Continental as a separate make.
