 Bus in the background; 1965-68 GMC/Superior Coach,built special for the US Army.(Was built in such a way as to be able to quickly change it from being a passenger bus,to a transport ambulance. Seats could be changed out for litters for hospital gurneys.) BTW: That's the Stuttgart PX.
