As they are supposed to be green instead of red, and (I think) use an official plate on front in addition of the rear one, this may just be a fake plate. Z-plates are used by garages and cars resellers, so they are not registered to a particular car.
As they are supposed to be green instead of red, and (I think) use an official plate on front in addition of the rear one*, this may just be a fake plate.

(*regular front plate are just "copies" of the official rear one)
