What means "Puppa" by double "p"? (Google translate says it has interesting meaning also in Norwegian...)

From the Tuscan dialect (this series is set on the Elba island) it can be translated as (sorry if I dare :D ) 's*ck it' (they are protesting against the town mayor Mr. Aloisi, the man here /vehicle_1107706-Fiat-Panda-319-2017.html).
In Norwegian it should refer to female breast if I'm not mistaken  In German we call 'Puppe' the dolls, while 'Pupp' is a quite common surname... then, different countries, different 'pupps'

Thanks. I knew Italian "pupa" with one "p" ("bella pupa!"), which you write same like our Polish "pupa", but I think I haven't seen yet "puppa" with 2 "p" in the middle ;)

Being a very "localized" term isn't much used elsewhere beyond Tuscany... And "pupa" is quite falling into disuse...

Became dated/unfashionable or not polite in context of today standards?

I believe it's rather unfashionable... there are a lot of more 'modern' terms to say the same thing, and not necessarily more polite  (btw in this movie series you can find a lot of examples  )
