I'm gonna say it's a Town & Country actually because if it were a Grand Caravan, it would say "Grand Caravan" above the license plate. |

This is a 2005-2006 model, because the 2001-2004 model had an entirely different grille. Look at more pictures, and you can see the difference. |

Actually a brand new 2006 SE model. The 2005 SE's either had the door handles and body-side moldings black or body-colored. 2006-07 appeared to wan those out. No rear badge makes it an SE. http://gtcarlot.com/colors/car/17255011-7.html |
