Yes, these old Danish films show a great variety of interesting vehicles.
This part of the film was not filmed in Denmark, though, but I guess in North Africa.

C'est drôle, cela ne fait pas Afrique, mais plutôt Asie. On dirait quelque part en Chine.

It's not Shanghai, but it looks like Nanking

Yvon, why do you think this is Nanking? There is no connection to China in this film and I doubt that in 1928 a film crew from Denmark would travel there just for the nice view. :)

Part of this film is playing in "Africa", therefore probably in a country with proper infrastructure and a Mediterranean coast. So this might as well be in Spain, France or Italy ... or perhaps it is Monaco! ;)

I agree, but the people crossing the street are soo typical chinees. Or it's 8 poor chinees people in Monaco ()after playing at casino ()

I looked to the comments of this film. So I understood that thoses actors were known in Belgium (and I think in France) as famille Double-Patte et Patachon? I heard my parents speaking about, but I never saw any movie about them.

I started to add these films a while ago. ( http://forum.imcdb.org/forum_topic-1624-11888.html#p11888 )
Fyrtårnet og Bivognen are their original Danish names, which translates 'Lighthouse' and 'Sidecar'( http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pat_und_Patachon )
The films show some rare cars (all listed F.N., a Foden Wagon) and planes (Junkers, Albatros) and still have many 'Unknown' cars listed. Perhaps you can help! :)

Here are two stitched together panorama shots of the harbour and the street scene. Far travelled as you are you might recognise the city.
