 The grille indicates a 2011-2016 model. But we'll have to check what exact year this one is, in case if that's an actual license plate.

Oh yeah, that's right. I think I've heard the Grand Caravan was supposed to go down in 2017, but I could be wrong.

I agree, because the Dodge Grand Caravan is one of the most popular minivans in history, correct?

 well, you just can't kill one of your best sellers without a decent replacement
tooling is already paid, sales are still strong and most of the minivans now tend to have a sticker price bigger than their interior...
they could keep it as " Classic " until the replacement's sales take off.. if they ever do
