Unlikely, as the Park Avenue was not really rare in NL. Also in Germany were sold some. The Park Avenue (as the 1978+ Chevrolet Caprice) was annother try by GM, to establish their US-products in Europe. For a short time it appeared more-or-less officially in the German GM/Opel-programme.
