 Place of manufacture probably depends on when it was built.

The E14 build plate that you posted was for construction year 2011/model year 2012.

This E16 build plate is for construction year 2011/model year 2011.

The Bobcat website mentions factories in France and the Czech Republic but not Germany, so I would guess that production was relocated to the Czech Republic during the model year changeover in 2011.

 @Gag, thanks for pointing it out. This says 'Bobcat Company', not Germany, so it's clearly a mistake :)
