Well, according to this: http://www.policecarwebsite.net/fc/ny/nypd/nypd564.html the NYPD started using these in 2010, they started using these lightbars in 2011-2012 so 2011-2015, possibly? |

Agreed. These entered service in 2010 but some of the early 2010's Expresses have been retrofitted with the recent Vision SLR lightbars. This Express looks to belong to the NYPD School Safety Division Task Force. |
