Delivered to City of Bristol Ambulance Service April 1969. Operational as front line emergency ambulance May 1969. Transfered to Avon Area Health Authority Ambulance Service 1st April 1974. Orange stripes added and bumper painted orange. Taken out of service March 1977. Later used for training and a recovery vehicle."
