Sorry, it's not correct. The 32B (Passat and Santana) weren't assempled in Spain. Except the VW-factory in Emden, at the North Sea-coast, the 32 B was made in China and the Santana in Japan, by Nissan. |

I agree with datsunZ, this must be a Passat assembled in Spain by Seat. Not a lot were imported before that because they were pricey. After a deal signed in September 1982, by the end of 1983 Seat started to assemble the Passat, followed by the Polo and the Santana.
