dsl ◊ 2017-09-10 02:27	DXV 984 = London, 1937 (OXV was 1954, 3 years into the future). This could be a bit messy, but here goes ....... The group arrive at St Pancras and are met by 4 coaches in the same livery. As far as I can tell and assuming no fakery/substitutes/additions, three are identical full cab as main with various plates and the fourth is a half-bonnet which will get its own page. They all seem to be Leylands, and mostly travel together. If anyone can spot discrepancies ....... There is only one sequence which shows all 4 together as they pass the Cenotaph - - 1st coach - full cab, no legible plate, but might be DXV - 2nd coach - full cab, plate not seen properly, but starts with E (might be EYL 67 seen below) - 3rd coach is the half-bonnet, with plate starting with E and may be EYL 198 seen in separate sequence - 4th coach is full cab, with a plate which seems to be EXX something EYL = London, May 1938. EXX = London April-June 1938. Remaining captures in onscreen sequence
