Aston Martin DBR1 or 2, it has the air outlet behind the front wheel with the chrome? bar across it. I recall George Constatine (spelling?) racing one in the States in the late 50's. |

Its a DBR2 - you can see the chrome strip on the air outlet. The DB3S didn't have the outlet and DBR1 didn't have that strip. Link to "images.google.com" -- Last edit: 2007-05-24 22:26:20 |

From Bill Oker: "Aston Martin DB3S? Nope...That's my dear old Dad...Bob Oker...in the DBR2 Aston owned by Joe Lubin." (2B) http://www.tamsoldracecarsite.net/ZQZA5992WhittenAstonDBR2.html (here it seems Bill Oker is referring to and older ID of the car on imcdb) -- Last edit: 2007-09-21 16:47:36 |
