I've done the picture for you, but if you've submitted a picture that needs to be re-sized (before an admin validates it), you need to make sure the "automatic resize" box is checked, click on the "Re-use current picture" button, and put the new size in the box under "Recompress/Resizing", all highlighted here: Once the photo has been validated, only an admin can change it.
