 Based on the bus' Victoria FGY-XXX number plates, must be a 1993 model.

Victoria number plates from 1993 started with FCJ-XXX and ending with FZZ-XXX in July 1994.

In September 1994, the format for Victoria number plates changed to blue on white with a new slogan; "Victoria- On The Move".
