Somehow it reminds me of an Aston Martin from the mid-thirties...

If you look cloesely you can see in later pictures as this car has plastic wings (they are broken) It looks like some vintage chassis (live axles) but with modern mechanics. Probably made specially for this film. Green car of Mr Armitage is a Austin 12/4 (not sure about model) seen in later part of this sceen as in all film. Ther is only radiator aurround echange in that car

Found some interesting informations on autopuzzles regarden the cars in this movies:

"Mechanical Construction Giannini, Guidonia, Rome

At the end of 1961 the two brothers Domenico and Attilio Giannini parted ways due to financial disagreements. Domenico joined the activities of the workshop Settecamini in common Guidonia, founding the CMG, and Attilio devoted himself instead to the business of selling cars with Giannini Cars as transformed by his brother. The CMG was then the creator of the material mechanical changes on many of the Giannini cars to regulate production and also followed the complete development of some prototypes, such as the 500 power, which were then presented to the public under the trademark Giannini. Some of the transformations developed by CMG were reserved exclusively to Giannini, such as 650NP, but generally the range offered directly to the public was broad and included many foreign cars. The vast majority of the changes made by ADT were sold directly to repairers and restorers in the form of spare parts or real cassette processing, according to the trend started by Abarth, but for those who wished, the car could also be transformed into Settecamini. Four different options were developed for processing Fiat 500 and 600 and one for the Fiat 1500 (...). Other transformations of the 500 made by the CMG, as already mentioned 650NP and the prototype electric or the 700 and 4C Giardiniera truck, were sold and advertised by Giannini Cars.

The CMG was also prolific in special and experimental prototypes. An important contract came from the house of Paramount Pictures film, which required the company to build cars like the cars of the twenties, to be destroyed during the filming of a movie. They used a Fiat 1100 chassis to play a Lancia Lambda.
For the film "Monte Carlo or bust", filmed in 1969 by Paramount Pictures, with director Ken Annakin, was made a whole series of self-style twenties, bodywork done on a Fiat 1800's and 2300's."
