 B14 from the '20s.

 B14 was a 1927 model, but this is a slightly older model (cf grille), probably a 1926 B12 Torpédo.

 Agreed DynaMike, it's rather a 10HP Torpedo Tout Acier [B12] of 1926

... and a "Tout Acier" sink very well :D
