 Agree Cresta PC (the similar Viscount PCE had the 'Viscount' name behind the front wheel arch, not visible here and it's without a vinyl roof.)

 This is a Vauxhall Cresta de Luxe PC-Series. The sidechrome under the doors says facelifted model of 1970 to 1972. "Cresta de Luxe" not Cresta because of sidechrome on top of the rear wings.
