Doesn't it have the look of a Hawson/Garner bodied Bedford J2?? |

The Commer Walk-Thru had square-shaped wheel arches not circular plus an extra small low-level window in the cab so not a Walk-Thru. Not Ford A-series for reason of the wheel arch shape also. The Bedford J2 Hawson looks closer to being correct although it's difficult to definitely confirm the front/bonnet area. Side panel, roof shape and sliding door do match the Hawson body. Front wheel arch and side-mounted turn indicator do appear to confirm it's a Bedford J2 chassis-front end. -- Last edit: 2007-05-14 03:05:56 |
