That's what I thought. Dangel converted the 504 'Break Commerciale' too, didn't they? http://www.christiantena.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/motor/peugeot/504dang.gif ... and apparently a number of other PSA products, it seems. |

Là, c'est pas une "Dangel". Et Dangel convertissait aussi bien les Break que les "Plateau"... |

On wikipedia on the 504 page it says that Dangel converted it to the pickup version, and it was there 1st product. |

Henri Dangel designed and built racecars called ‘Mangouste’ and the famous suspension kits for Renault’s Alpine. After a short time at BBS, he conceived a concept satisfying a new market need: 4x4. He added his own 4x4 transmission to standard production 2wd vehicles like the Peugeot 504. The lion brand liked it and in 1980 Henry Dangel created a company that converted 504 estates into… Dangel 4x4s. Since the inception of the company, more than 22,000 4x4 vehicles have rolled out of the Dangel assembly lines. http://www.dangel.com/ |
