That's very true. There are multiple variables that make it a unreliable. Plus these pictures on this site are from film/t.v., etc. which makes it more unreliable. That why I am only guessing. |

On the other hand, if the year of the plate fits in the "possible years" range, isn't it better to pick it if there aren't other clues about the year? |

I still think it can be quite unreliable to depend on the license plates for that, IMO. |
