londonitalian ◊ 2007-09-05 07:43	Its a Daimler, not a Jaguar & an XJ40, not an X300 as mr.gray said. Look at the chrome handles & chrome side trims.

londonitalian ◊ 2007-10-08 12:13	The Daimler XJ40 was the same wheelbase as the regular Jaguar XJ40, this is the earlier version [86-89] as it has the bigger door handles, later ones were avalable in LWB, but it was only a few inches longer. Jaguars werent avalable in Europe with the side chromes, these were only reserved for the top spec Daimler model & the Jaguar Vanden Plas in the USA.
