dsl ◊ 2017-04-01 02:38	Certainly looks purpose-built for something. Long wheelbase as if a van or big estate. Possibly small wheels as if a car used. Front body doesn't match anything I can think of, low bonnet again suggests a car. Rear vaguely Mehari-like but seems metal, again low-set so van mechanicals unlikely. If I were building something like this, I might try to go front-wheel drive to contain all the oily bits up front and provide more versatility for rear platform configurations. Is there a reversed angle in the film of this pile-up which might have been filmed from where this vehicle is??
-- ◊ 2017-04-01 02:43	I suspect Citroen-based too. Film makers preferred the soft suspension for motion pictures. From what I remember there was an angle shot from right where the car is, unfortunately it's too late to confirm, I've deleted the movie.
