This is a US spec (no side lamps in front of door) and this scene was supposed to be happening in Germany. It would not be road legal for Germany and even today would need to be federalized. oops 964 turbo is the performance pinnacle of air cooled power for Porsche but style wise it is an aquired taste. Too modern for classic people and too classic for modern fans.

So I think this is a tweaked 89-91 ordinary Carrera. Official "Turbolook" 964s started in 92 with the Carrera 2 Cabrio only, and then spread to Carrera 4 Coupe from Dec 93, so all had the newer Cup mirrors.
