It's none of those. It's a customized '91 - '93 Dodge Stealth Base/ES. You can tell from the sail panels. Gray with rivets near the end. Top of the car matches the body paint. And round front corner turn signals. Beyond that, it's a kit car with the Monte Carlo wing, Blower, and 1 piece door shell. http://img495.imageshack.us/img495/2972/at3kgt4pp.jpg |

The show's co-creator, Matt Maiellaro, owned a red Dodge Stealth ES at the time the show first premiered. Carl's car is actually based on a photograph of Matt's car, albeit heavily edited in Photoshop. |
