 E-One. The distinctive rear-view mirror gives it away.

Doesn't look like a real FDNY truck, and FDNY doesnt buy from E-One anyway, only Seagrave (and formerly Mack and possibly Maxim, a Northeast branch of Seagrave closed in 1991.)

Yes, but a lot of Fire Apparatus manufacturers donated some equipment to them after the September 11 Massacre.
