Except the very early ones almost all 2CV's in Holland came from Belgium until circa 1970. But in the 70s they came from Belgium or Spain, then from France and (of course) the last ones from Portugal. I don't think it is possible to see whether this one is from Belgium or Spain (or France).

This colour (vert Palmeraie) and upholstery: 1973 only.
The 2CV was never assembled in NL. Except the very early ones almost all 2CV's in Holland came from Belgium until circa 1970. But in the 70s they came from Belgium or Spain, then from France and (of course) the last ones from Portugal.
I don't think it is possible to see whether this one is from Belgium or Spain (or France).
