c and k designations are for gm trucks not just chevrolets but for gmcs to c means 2wd and k means 4wd this is a 94 gmc sierra c1500 because its a halfton 2wd |

That’s definitely a C1500. It’s probably the SL judging from the back bumper. So it probably had the 4.3, 5.0 or the 5.7. |
