dsl ◊ 2017-03-06 22:02	A few of them, probably a government fleet My Bumper Book of Number Plates says this is a 1958+ pre-independence (April 1961) plate from Western Province (C). I'd guess this was a diplomatic batch of UK Government-spec (black, simple side trim) Humbers.
