What is the difference between Willys CJ-2A and CJ-3A? |

This is Willys CJ3B as noted by the high sided hood or engine cover. The high hood provided needed clearance when Willys changed from flat head engine to OHV. The primary difference between the CJ2A and CJ3A is the windshield design. CJ2A windshield was constructed of round tubing, had square corners with WILLYS stamped into the solid lower panel. The CJ3A was rectangular tubing with round corners and a three panel lower section with the center panel opening as a vent. |
