It looks to me like '1700 HL'. But isn't it a little interesting, it has dark/black trim of side windows? But I don't think it is Nov 80+ as does not have trebled coachlines; also it looks small mirrors not the larger Nov 80+ format. The linked text about window trim can be read 2 ways, with the second being that previous black trim had a new alternative alongside of brown to match those schemes which came with brown roof/pillar treatments - so black trim is not a dating feature. Agree at least HL - maybe HLS as it has Denovos - can't decide if has HLS tints. Ep 3.01 broadcast Oct 79, so if HLS allows 2200 (July 78), 2000 or 1700 (both added as HLS in May 79).
