SteveA ◊ 2017-02-05 23:07	It's a later model Lodekka, it's an FS6B new to West Yorkshire (ironically) in 1963, so the 'Lost in the 50s' epithet is a bit misplaced. Full history here http://bcv.robsly.com/283bwu.html - but note that although this page has it as an FS6G (Gardner engine), it was part of a batch delivered with Bristol engines (hence FS6B). It may of course have been fitted later with a Gardner, but the history suggests it was engineless when filmed! More pics at http://www.internationalmovie.com/images/Vehicles/Misc/info-Lost.html but note they don't know their Yorkshire Traction (who never ran Lodekkas) from their West Yorkshire. There has never been a 'Yorkshire National'!
