dsl ◊ 2017-09-26 15:08	..... I don't think it's a French combination - looks like just 2904. RHD and looks like UK-style tax disc. 2904 could be a Guernsey combination; I can't find a reference to them using a red format, but maybe a trade plate or temporary resident??
