It's the Dover ferry unloading at Boulogne - https://youtu.be/moC0_tOgtLw?t=571 . Looks as if might be LHD and not a UK plate, but impossible to read characters or font. Silver/white on red French temporary plates seem to have started in 1955 (or maybe earlier??), or there was the French diplomatic format of white on green (again listed from 1955 or earlier). My guess is it's one of these 2 possibilities returning home. |
