The blue one? It's a Mercury.

Most likely a 1967/68 Mercury

The other cars I can identify on this picture are a 1960 Oldsmobile (the white car partially seen at the left), a Buick Riviera boattail, a 1973 Pontiac Grand Prix, a 1970 Buick Electra 225 and Kojak's 1974 Buick Century 455 that's already listed.

Maybe it's a '67?

It's a Breezeway model but the lack of trim between the taillights makes me think it's either a Monterey or Montclair.

I thought all the Breezeway models had a reverse angled C pillar like in the link below

Mike, the reverse slant C-pillar was up until 1966. The last two years of Breezeway production had the C-post revert to a more tratitional angle. The drawback to this change was that the rear window could only retract about 2-inches rather than allthe way down as on the older models. ;)

DT83 wrote Wow, that's really rare. Thats a '67 Mercury fullsize, with the breezeway rear windshield. Last year they ever did that.

Deleted, because it was already listed on this page ;)

T've moved the comments from the other same page (deleted)

big dave wrote I think it's just a nice plain Jane Mercury Monterey 4 door hardtop, No Breezeway

Commander 57 wrote Actually, 1968 was the last year for the roll-down rear window (although it only went down a few inches rather than all the way like the first generation one did).
I don't think they used the "Breezeway" name in the 1968 model year, but my NADA does show that listing for 1967 as a submodel.
(The '67 and '68 designs were nearly identical from the rear and both just had the partial roll-down rear windows.)
