I don't think so. Coleman Milne often advertised their Granada-based Cardinal/ Grosvenor/ Dorchester with various types of mirror finish wheel covers (depending on what they had in stock, the most common ones are seen below), so that's what they were meant to look like. I reckon this was done to retain the classic look known from the earlier Granadas which came with original bling-bling wheel covers anyway. Both grille types are known from official CM advertisements and brochures, so both vehicles in question just look like standard CM conversions to me. Link to "openiso.org" Link to "i2.wp.com"
