I'd say a GMC model, due to what is visible of the grille and of the hood end: As medium-duty GMC, a 1½-ton 300 or a 2-ton 350: 1954-55 2½-ton 400 and 3-ton 450/470 models have the same cab and cowl, but have kept the old front face without "mustache".
